Whenever a severe solar storm impacts the Earth directly, our planetary magnetic field or "magnetosphere" changes into the shape of a jellyfish. Jellyfish Crop Circle

The 2009 crop circle season began in April with six formations. Since June 5, there have been more than 20 major formations. The world's first jellyfish crop circle recently appeared in a barley field in Kingstone Coombes, Oxfordshire in the UK. It is huge - measuring 600 feet - three times bigger than most circles.

Six new crop circle formations have been reported in Wiltshire, England between April 14 - April 29, 2009. The oilseed rape (canola) is in bloom and these current formations are considered the most elaborate geometrically sophisticated in British crop circle history.
