This week, the CSPI (Center for Science in the Public Interest) released a "risky foods" revealing the top ten foods responsible for most food-borne illnesses. Number one on the list is "leafy greens." Does this mean people should stop eating leafy greens? Of course not: The list itself is flawed from the very start.
